Our return and refund policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service for return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

5. IconicQuest Application

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IconicBound and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

The IconicQuest application provides fitness tracking and gaming features. It is not intended to provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program. Use of the IconicQuest application is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the rules of the European Union Mediation Center.
