What is IconicQuest
A pixel art, top-down MMORPG where gear means something because you earned it, the world rewards exploration because it doesn't hand you a map, and your progress has weight because it cost you time, not money.
The Game

I'm Swerk. I've been playing MMOs since 2004, thousands of hours across dozens of guilds. I watched the genre I love get turned into gacha games with fantasy paint. So I stopped waiting for someone to fix it.
With zero development experience, I opened Godot for the first time. I'm a husband and father of two, funding this from savings. No investors. No studio. No safety net. Just the conviction that the MMO i always wanted to play doesn't exist yet, and the stubbornness to build it.
