How do the QR codes work exactly?
There are two types of QR codes: Join QR (placed at your venue) opens your business page in our app so customers can join your program. Customer QR (in customer's app) is scanned by your staff at checkout to award points. The customer never scans QR codes to get points - only staff do. This prevents fraud and ensures accurate point allocation.
What if customers don't have smartphones?
IconicLoop is designed for the smartphone era, as 95%+ of customers have them. However, staff can manually add points using customer email or phone number lookup in the staff dashboard. This ensures no customer is left out while maintaining our security-first approach.
How long does setup take?
Initial setup takes 5-10 minutes: create your business profile, set point values and rewards, download your Join QR. Staff training is typically 5 minutes - just show them how to scan customer QR codes at checkout. Most businesses are fully operational within an hour of signup.
Do I need technical expertise?
No technical skills required. IconicLoop is designed for any business owner to set up independently. Our dashboard uses simple forms and drag-drop interfaces. If you can use email or social media, you can manage IconicLoop. Professional and Enterprise plans include setup assistance if needed.

What happens if I exceed my member limit?
We'll notify you when approaching your limit and offer upgrade options. If you exceed briefly, service continues normally. For sustained overages, we'll work with you to find the right plan. We never cut off access abruptly - your loyalty program keeps running while we sort out the best solution.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. All your data, customers, and rewards remain intact when changing plans. Some premium features may become unavailable if downgrading.
